At Mountain Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, we've streamlined our process to get you back on the trail as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and include any documentation; ensure all tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
